Today on CNN’s front page the top story is “History floats to the top as lake recedes” and they show the photo of a drying, cracked mud covered lake bottom with an old tire someone dumped in the lake.

History? A freaking old tire? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, what we have here is important history, an old tire. It tells us.. umm.. umm.. that people like to throw trash in the water. Yes sir-ee, that’s some important history right there. I can already see the politicians earmarking the money for a museum of dirty, muddy old tires.

I hear they are going to call the museum “The Dump”.
