Well, not really as I am quite sure someone has a 1 letter domain on a two letter top-level domain somewhere. Recently they purchased g.cn to make it easier for Chinese residents to reach their search page.

I don’t know about you, but I can bet within next 48 hours, http://o.cn/ will point to goat.se and reach a new level of the shortest shock and horror domain.
