Wow. Just wow. This story is almost too stupid to believe. Of course, leave it to Faux News to find this story, but we have a winner for what must be the stupidest drug bust in history.

Apparently some dude likes to lick toads. Not just any toads, but specific toads from Colorado. The Colorado River Toad just happens to contain a toxin that can produce a hallucinogenic effect when ingested. There’s only one small problem, you lick enough toads and you’ll croak.

Now, I don’t know who should win the Stupid Prize, the idiot that likes to lick toads, or the idiots that think this man should be in jail for licking a toad. It’s just absurd. I love the last line in the article:

The toad is in custody at a police crime lab.

What I want to know is did they have to taser the toad and put him in tiny little handcuffs?
