Asshat of the Week
Now I’ve heard and seen a lot of bad cop stories, but they usually aren’t quite the same as this week’s winner of the Asshat Award. You see, Sgt. Andrea Eichhorn was responding to a 911 call of a young child that had nearly drowned in the family pool but had a small accident herself, she slipped on a wet floor and busted up her knee and had to take off work.
So far this sounds pretty benign, but this officer actually sought to sue the family for her injury! Her attorney David Heil, actually had the balls to claim “It’s a situation where the Cosmillos have caused these problems, brought them on themselves, then tried to play the victim”.
Are you kidding me? They ARE the victims and your victimizing them a second time! First off, the officer was responding to a call involving a pool. Hello?? WATER? I can only picture this dumb broad running through the house in those crap ass flat sole shoes they wear and hitting a patch of water on the kitchen floor and going down hard. Secondly, your a complete moron if you think this family should be responsible for this asshat’s inability to stand on two feet.
Fortunately, somebody with a brain stepped in and managed to convince this fool to drop the lawsuit but not before officer Eichhorn manged to make herself look like the heartless bitch from hell.
I hope your knee hurts for a long time and it makes you think of how you nearly destroyed a family already ravaged by tragedy.
