The United States finally came to an end in November of 2008 with the abolishment of Congress and the destruction of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Looking back, we often wonder why the citizens didn’t do something to stop the dismantling of their country. The reason is simple, they had slowly been tricked into giving up what their country stood for in the name of security.

It all started to unravel in October of that year, Iran had detonated a nuke near the Iraqi border setting off a wave of maneuvers in the region by the US military. President George Bush immediately declared that we had to stop this menacing threat whether or not the rest of the world was with us. So while the rest of the world wanted to continue trying diplomacy, President Bush used some the powers he had given himself via Executive Orders. The invasion began with only 2 weeks remaining before the presidential elections that year and the media had the citizens all riled up to support the President and Congress was powerless to stop it.

Those of us that were smart enough to see what was happening tried to tell the public but they ignored our pleas, they pushed our stories to the back pages where the sheeple would not read it. What came next was no surprise to those of us not blinded by the media.

The November 2008 Presidential election had been completed and the votes were being tallied when the next event occurred. It appeared that the Democrats were poised not only to gain the office of the President, but they were going to have a sweeping majority in both houses of Congress. The stage was now set for the Final Act.

Exactly one day after the Democrats were declared winners, a bomb exploded in the National Archives building housing the original Constitution and Declaration of Independence destroying both documents. This was all President Bush needed to start using the the most sinister powers he had collected via Executive Order over the past 8 years.

First, Martial Law is declared, then the military is deployed across the country to protect business interests and the National Guard is positioned to protect the countries infrastructure. Local police units break out the riot and military weapons they have been stockpiling with money earned in the Drug War and set out to find any subversives and round them up. Anyone so much as criticizing the President is immediately sent to one of the many Haliburton run internment camps for “Re-education”.

King George INow that George W. Bush has the country firmly in his grip of fear, he started to dismantle the country. First, the November 2008 elections are declared null and void due to the many discrepancies in the various Diebold electronic voting machines. Next, in a complete power grab, Congress is dissolved and Bush declares himself King of the North American Union. King George I then starts massing military might at the Canadian and Mexican borders. Having no way to oppose the forces of the new NAU, Mexico and Canada agree to become states of the NAU. Over the next few months, King George consolidates his power and makes treaties with the European Union, the Asian Union and the soon to be newly formed South American Union.

The unfortunate demise of one of the great republics in Earth’s history was truly a sad day everywhere for freedom lovers. In the following years, more and more liberties were taken from the people until the poor were little more than slave labor for the rich and powerful. Some people tried to warn the citizens that giving up freedoms in the name of security after the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks would lead down the road they ultimately followed, but the damage had been done, the citizens had become so paranoid and complacent that their country was literally stolen from under their feet while they were watching the pretty shapes in the clouds above.
