Pre-Employment Urinalysis Test
When you get hired by a company your entering into a relationship that you usually would hope to last a long time. The foundation of any good relationship begins with trust. You trust that your employer will pay you in two weeks after you’ve already performed the work and they trust you to be able to perform the job your applying for.
So what if you went to apply for a job and they said, “We don’t trust you, please piss in this bottle.”
Now let me qualify that trust by saying with some jobs, other people put their trust in you, so it would be in your interest to show ahead of time your not risking their lives by getting loopy. But if you think that you don’t trust me enough to change a tire, then I’m not going to trust you to pay me in two weeks.
So I got a deal for you, I’ll piss in your cup if you loan me $500 on my first check.
What? No deal. Figures. Probably an ass to work for anyway!
Idiots!

I never thought about that before that you are trusting the company that you will be paid. Can you imagine their shock and disgust if you asked to see a financial statement at an interview?
