McDonald’s Fish Filet

Ok, who was the fucking marketing genius at McDonald’s that decided they could use half a slice of cheese instead of a whole one on the Fish Fillet sandwich? This guy needs to be flogged with a 1000 fish fillets! It’s bad enough that the burger jockeys can’t center a square slice of cheese on a round sandwich, now when they miss you barely get any!
So whoever you are at McD’s that decided to cut your cheese costs in half, give me a ring, I got some choice words for you. I mean really, does saving 2 cents per sandwich really help sell your product? Hell, I’d be happy to pay an extra 5 cents just to get that whole slice!
Oh, and while I’m on the subject, they really need to bring back the double Fish Fillet. Those things rocked!

My personal opinion on the Fish Filet is that a whole slice would be to much cheese for my self. I believe it would be over bearing. I find the same situation with the micgriddles. I think the cheese can be over bearing and cover up or change the taste of certain things. I did like the double fish filet though and believe you are right they should bring it back.
Have you ever wondered what kind of fish that is on that sandwhich? Does anyone know? F-O-F contains pollock or hoki, both of which, though not exactly seafood superstars, do qualify as actual fish

Too bad your crappy town doesn’t have more choices. BK has a way way better fish sand!
I agree with Karen on the cheese thing and I LOVE CHEESE! When they put too much cheese, especially the sauce kind it really tastes off. I haven’t tried the McGriddles because I am just plain scared of all this massive food stuffs we have now. It seems so excessive. Burgers with two patties, bacon, mushrooms, goopy sauces, chipolte and other wierd spices. Just give me a nice clean burger, lettuce, ketchup, pickles, cheese and if I am super hungry I will have two. Why do I have to have an entire buffet on a bun?
