Ok, so the city is doing work in the street just past my house, so the road is closed to through traffic. The city placed a sign where you turn onto my street that says “Road Closed”. Now one might think that this sign would tip off drivers that the road would end at some point.

All day long I am watching cars stop as they pass my house, realize the road is closed, then turn around and leave. Some have even driven the wrong way down a one way street instead of turning around to leave.

These people are so stupid that one got out of his car to commiserate with another driver and actually said they need to put a road closed sign “back there” and proceeded to point in the direction of the existing sign. Well, if this asshat hadn’t been yapping on his cellphone the whole time, maybe he would notice street signs. I just hope the next Road Closed sign this guy passes leads to unblocked cliff!
